Parking was secure/underground. Good location, room was clean and well presented. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Brilliant hotel which worked very well for us. Safe place to store our two bicycles at night. Staff very helpful and friendly and room was great everything works as should.

Bed comfortable and linen very pleasant, asked for additional pillow but none available! Requests for additional glasses, fresh towels etc quickly addressed. Location within 5 km of center of city and other attractions

Very good Best Western hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, private underground parking, a fitness room and a good breakfast.

The parking space is under the hotel and it's spacious. There are two charging spaces. It's quiet at night time and clean in the room.

Lovely hotel good parking a bit small for a big car to get in but possible. Good located for the bus into Lille and an Uber is about 11 euros and takes about 10 min. Very kind staff, Naima helped us very kindly with my husbands foot problem. Big thanks. If you have a car and dont want to drive into Lille I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was exceptional value considering the standard of our room and the facilities on offer. The desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room large, spotless and very comfy beds; plentiful for a family of 4. The staff offered us a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure, which was very caring and attentive; they made fresh coffee at 6.45am for our takeaway! A short walk from the charming central squares of Arras, with dozens of restaurants on offer. This hotel helped make our brief overnight stay a very enjoyable last night in France.

Breakfast was good. Sadly the only place to eat in the evening was the sister restaurant that was over priced and unpleasant with very unfriendly staff

The hotel was very well presented, the decor very modern and clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful at all times. The location was challenging on the street side as we were on a major route and by a junction. However, the double glazing was excellent, cutting almost all the road noises. The local park immediately adjacent to the hotel was a great bonus. A lovely place to walk or sit with a sandwich etc. Plenty of good bakeries near at hand and an excellent restaurant just a few doors away.
