“Comfortable, affordable and nice central accommodation in Longyearbyen :)”

Great accommodation. Very clean at all times, spacious rooms and warm. Lounge and eating area with a kitchen and also a private mini fridge for each room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great.. around 7 minutes away from the main central street in Longyearbyen. Brekfast available at Funken Lodge just a minute away. Comfortable bed. Fully recommended.

Good location. Walking distance to everywhere. Restaurants, bars. Museums. Coop grocery store. Nice room with shared kitchen, which was very nice with own fridge. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff.

I loved everything about this place. The rooms are big and comfortable with a little couch and comfortable chair. The kitchen well equipped with a small fridge for each room, the lounge with cozy atmosphere and the staff are just wonderful! Shared bathroom with one other room but never had to wait and were super clean. Great for solos travellers to meet others as easy to chat in the kitchen/lounge area with other travellers. Could see the northern lights from the verandah!

Amazing location! Quick and easy access to the city center, beautiful view around. Our hostess was so kind and friendly, she recommended us great spots to see and eat! In addition to that the place itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Our room was nice, spacious and we had the biggest bed we’ve ever seen. Don’t worry about heating as the place really cares about that! We really like having our personal bathroom shelves and kitchen refrigerator connected to our room number. That is a clever idea! 1000000/10!!! We’re looking forward to coming back

“Amazing stay in a wonderful place”

The accommodation was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. There is a fantastic kitchen and communal space, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean. The views are absolutely stunning, and as soon as you walk out the door you are greeted with the best views. I would recommend Haugen to all visitors to this wonderful and welcoming place. A huge thank you to the friendly staff who gave us great recommendations and suggestions. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, lovely staff, cozy room with comfortable view, stunning view from window, looking forward to come back!

The accommodation was cosy and tidy. I was next to the kitchen. I am neurodivergent and it was nice and quiet. I loved the numbered cupboards and fridges indicating what room nos could store food. I had a lovely view of the mountains.
