We arrived at our booked hotel tonight, but we couldn't check in. There was no staff at the reception, only a security guard who knew nothing about our booking. The reservation was for payment on arrival, and we were supposed to receive a code for the key box, but no code arrived. As a result, we were left outside and couldn't get into the room. Please help us resolve this urgently.

“Nice staff and hot shower, but the room and bathroom were very small and not as clean as I expected.”
Room: I liked that the beds could be pushed together, and there was a nice window that let in good light. The wall paper is very cool! Had a small desk and small TV! Good Wi-Fi everywhere on property. Bathroom/Shower: The shower water was always hot, which I really appreciated. The staff were very kind and tried their best to help. Overall, everything was fine, and I can’t think of anything else to add.

“Unacceptable level of service by any means of hotel-staying conditions and cost-benefit terms.”
The room was equipped with almost ...nothing. The lights were minimal and there was only one window simulating ...prisons' windows. In the bathroom, spots from humidity were more than obvious. There was no soap, only liquid soap in the shower cabin. The toilet and the basin were broken.
