“Beautiful with amazing views”

The hotel is located high up above the rice terraces with amazing views. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spotless. Jason and his staff were so great to deal with. Jason even helped with advice for our hikes and arranged our transfers from and to Guilin. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night. We would definitely love to come back and spend more time there.

Jason and his wife made our stay truly enjoyable. Jason speaks good English, making communication seamless. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the home-cooked and delicious food exceeded expectations. My wife especially loved the comfortable bed, and the breathtaking view from the room was unforgettable.

We had a truly exceptional stay at the Baike Hotel. It is perfectly located, just a four-minute walk from the main parking/drop-off area. Our room, with its stunning view of the rice fields, was a major highlight, and we were delighted to receive a thoughtful upgrade to the top floor. They provided an English menu, and the food was great; the bamboo chicken cooked with fire was particularly delicious and highly recommended. They suggested two fantastic hikes that turned out to be perfect, providing wonderful opportunities to take many beautiful photographs. They also organized our transfer to our next hotel, which went flawlessly. The level of service was incredible: on our rainy departure day, they personally escorted our luggage on a covered scooter, ensuring it arrived completely dry at the parking lot where our driver was waiting. We definitely plan to return in the future. We wholeheartedly recommend the Baike Hotel for anyone seeking personal service, stunning accommodation, and delicious food.

Jason and his wife were super helpful and kind. The view from the room was stunning and the room itself very spacious and clean. I will come back if I ever come around this region again.

“Great location and a beautiful hotel”

Location was great, and the view from our bedroom and the bead room itself was beautiful. Jason was very knowledgeable and he and his team were so friendly, we really appreciated our luggage being taken to the hotel and then to our room as we were on the 4th floor. Communication about our stay and advice was brilliant and I thought Jason had lived aboard because his command of English was excellent. Jason can also arrange tours for you but we had already booked ours. The hotel has a restaurant and the food was good, you will need to order in advance but this was made very clear.

The host family is very welcoming and the environment is wonderful! You can feel like home!

Very nice hotel with a view of the rice fields, very large and comfortable room. We had a lovely breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly, especially Jason, who was incredibly helpful (and speaks excellent English!)

Jason and his family was an excellent host. We were only there for a night, and he helped us organise the trip there and back to Guilin. The food at the hotel was also great!

Really nice hotel just outside the village with an awesome view. Jason speaks really good English, which is very helpful and even organized a driver to take is to Fenghuang afterwards. From the hotel we were able to do a nice hike to another village and through the rice fields Can really recommend this stay

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, with magnificent views, and great location close to Ping’an parking lot. The hotel manager and his wife were very welcoming and gave us great advice regarding local events, and spoke fluent English. The food was delicious and there was a great range to choose from. The rooms are large and immaculate. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region.
