Villa Paola is family run B&B, with 5 star 🌟 service. The heart and soul is Paola ❤️herself who is a wonderful hostess. She made us feel so welcome and spoilt us like we were her family. In the time we spent here, we felt like it was a home away from home with extra comforts. I can’t express enough how warm and inviting Villa Paola is. The breakfast is a Mediterranean/Italian buffet of salads and vegetables but also served with freshly baked cakes and tarts by Paola. Absolutely delicious. There are also fresh meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli and nuts. On request, you can even get a lovely omelette (vegetarian also an option). Coffee is freshly made and one of the best cappuccinos. The food products are often from the local region so the quality of the food was very good. Lunch is served at the pool on request. You just have to ask Paola what is available on the day. She has a small menu available. Everything homemade! To top it off, you can also get an aperitif, as there is a small drinks menu available as well. I enjoyed a perfect Aperol spritz 😉 The rooms are cleaned every day. This place is spotlessly clean. It is also beautifully designed, simple clean lines with all the comfort you can ask for. In this heat, AC is vital, and they a very efficient AC. Our room was always cool and so we were able to sleep really well. Beds and pillows are great too. Our room had a private patio and a jacuzzi bath, for two! Such luxury! The pool is serene, overlooking the valley. A maximum of 9 people at a time as that is their capacity. I don’t think we ever had to share the pool with more than 3 other people at a time. Paola also serves bottled water at the pool. The last time I had a pool service like this was in a 5 star resort. This was better because Paola has a personal touch and will ask you about the days or give you tips if you ask her what to do in the area. We booked for 7 nights but in the first 3 days, we knew we wanted to stay longer.

Charming place to relax with a stunning view over the region. The hospitality of Paola was remarkable. Always helpful, always friendly. We were completely at ease during our stay. The breakfast was small but 100% healthy and selfmade.

We felt very welcomed and Paola was incredibly attentive and kind. The room and bathroom were super clean and very comfortable. The pool is the perfect temperature and the location is private but close to everything one might want to see!

Stunning B&B located in the pitoresque Romagna hills, 20 minutes from the seaside. - everything is beautifully decorated, seemingly taken right out of an interior design magazine - the beds are supremly comfortable - we've had fantastic sleep - the room and the bathroom both have full wood exterior blinds -> you can make your room pitch dark (very important for us) - the house is well insulated, despite being very warm outside, we did not have to turn the AC on (there is AC, of course) - the pool is breautiful, and is heated to 27 degerees - there is ample parking available - there is a ROSEMARY HEDGE! - Paola, our wonderful host, is very welcoming and warm - we felt like family. Her breakfast, snacks, and HOME MADE cakes are absolutely delicious and made with love; coffee is amazing! Paola's own wine is a MUST TRY! She also recommended fantastic non-touristic restaurants in the Romagna countryside and helped us make reservations, for which we are very thanksful! - the whole B&B has only 4 rooms, which we loved! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ => bottom line: 4 nights felt like 2 weeks, we will return at least once every year!

Everything. Paola and her husband were the perfect hosts, so welcoming and friendly. We felt at home. Breakfast was delicious with fresh local products. A place to go back to.

First of all, the location is a dream, overlooking the wine yards to the adriatic sea, a very private and perfectly looked after residence. To round it all up, Paola is looking after her guests and makes sure everything is done to your satisfaction. You can have a nice home made salad, sandwiches or some small hot plates at the pool plus all kind of drinks are available and served at very reasonable rates. The landlords Paola and Fabrizio are very relaxed and both are very integrated and respected in the local area. So anything you need to know, a place to eat for dinner or anything else, they will know the answer. Perfect location for a break away or longer period to relax.

“Super, modern place.”

We stopped for one night breaking a long trip. As we drove I looked on Booking to find a nice place around about here and not far off the autostrada. Most were not nice or obviously old fashioned and hoping to get away with it. Then we found Villa Paola. It is 15 minutes from the autostrada. It is brand new and really, really nice. Signora P only has three rooms and the place is brand new with a swimming pool, good air conditioning, a great view down to the coast and parking. It is a few minutes drive from the village and there are several restaurants to chose from. Mrs P also serves a very nice breakfast. We would definitely go back. A lot of the other places around here seem to have got lazy and not kept up with times.

We were so lucky that chose this home-stay hotel at the last minute! ( Sorry I have to refer that we were rejected 20 hours after another reservation was confirmed and 21 hours before check-in by B&B Villa Letizia, Via Fontanaccia, 7/N (angolo via del gallo), San Vito Rimini, 47922, Italy… without any explanation, unprofessionally) Paola and Fabrizio had us like family! The attic room was clean and cozy! it was a real pet-friendly hotel and our two cats were no charge! Even the bathroom was next door, it was purely private. The landscape from the swimming pool was magnificent! They had a flowered path down to the hill with olive trees grape-fields where you can also see the sea far away! The room downstairs with a private garden and a inside luxury bathtub was even more better! The host and the hostess were super nice, helpful and warm-hearted! We were so honored that we were the first guests and we spent great really great time there and appreciate everything they offered us!
