“Stolen Items at Marriott Long Beach, LA”
Experience - Stolen Items at Marriott Long Beach, LA I recently stayed at Marriott Long Beach, and I’m deeply disappointed by the experience. My son’s gifts, including a drone and a remote-controlled toy car, were stolen from our room. When we approached the hotel management for assistance, they were not only unhelpful but also rude. They informed us that there are no cameras in the hallway and directed us to the police, offering no support whatsoever. The loss amounts to approximately $1,000 USD. This level of disregard for guests’ property and lack of assistance is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Marriott Long Beach, as it appears they are negligent in safeguarding their guests’ belongings. The lack of professionalism and care in handling this situation is beyond disappointing. I would urge others to reconsider staying here. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not expect such treatment from a well-known hotel chain.

The hotel is new, modern and conveniently located. The service at breakfast was too long as they seemed to be short of staff, but it was worth the wait because it was super tasty.

The room inside is good. Staff is kindly. There is around down town. Breakfast is normal. Ground floor is gorgeous.

“Lovely hotel and great location”
Great location, just a 5 min walk across the road to the harbour and beach, with great views of the Queen Mary. Great restaurant on the harbour called Parkers Lighthouse. Cinema and clothes shopping even closer with another 2 restaurant's ,California Pizza Kitchen the other one was called something Island. About a 45 min drive to Universal Studios and a 30 min drive to Santa Monica. Great location

The hotel charged me the unexpected amount and, it was blamed on booking.com's issue. They didn't honor the reservation without explanation and, tried to charge their own ways. The issue has still going on for over 2months. still not resolved yet.
