“A short but good stay, location perfect for our onward travels.”
Room quite spacious, bed comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool area with the view of the Queen Mary. A very pleasant place in a busy downtown area.

I expected alittle more from the deluxe king room i booked. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and too soft. There could have been more bathroom toiletries like hand soap for example and extra toilet paper. I had a horrible night sleep due to a loud noise coming from the air conditioning system. This kept waking me up every hour unfortunately. I don't think i would stay here again. Also, I was shocked my friend and I couldn't find a single pharmacy or convenient store near by.

“Great, no thanks to booking.com”
After booking.com completely messed up our booking. We arrived to the desk to be told we did not have a room. The staff were amazing - managed to book us in at a cheaper rate than what we’d booked through booking.com and I would highly recommend going to them directly for a smooth service. The property is very clean, rooms are beautiful and staff are amazing. Great location too, especially if you love shopping.

“Fantastic location friendly and helpful staff”

One of the lifts was not working for duration of stay. Also we were in a room which had a connecting door to another family who had a child who screeched - one night until 04.30 - children do cry but this was unacceptable as it was constant
