Second time staying and I maybe returning back for this hotel.

We specifically booked this place to have a hot tub. The hot tub was not working which was very disappointing. The coffee table was dirty. The staff was amazing.

Comfortable large bed, not far from the beach, restaurants and supermarket closeby, cash machine in the lobby!

A very bad experience, it still feels like a nightmare when I think about it nowAt 9:30 pm on September 21, we stayed at the 268 room of the hotel after about 20 minutes. It is under the toilet. Suddenly pour a lot of yellow sewage from the risotive mouth, splashing to the body. We immediately found the front desk and came to the maintenance workers. After reading it, then left, then the room bar position also began to leak. Wait for more than an hour. We have been waiting for a solution in the front desk. Then help us arrange the model room, but it is a bed room, because of the sleep reason is a twin room. Because I have already arrived over the night, I accepted the hotel's arrangement, but I found that this bed is collapsed after it. Because it is too late, we can only have a night, but there is no residence of blood pressure, because we are the 70-year-old man.

We found the room very clean and the pool was warm durint thtat cold time and my friends were very happy. The manager what so kind, the check out was at 11:00 but we didn't ready yet and the manager was so nice to us!

The check-in was easy and we were given a room which was very convenient close to reception. We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was very spacious with a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfy and the a/c worked well. There was a sliding door out the back of the room which gave access to a beautiful pool area with nice lawn and garden area. It was very neat, tidy and well maintained. The room was very clean and it was also in a nice location with a very large shopping centre within walking distance and many other food stores scattered within driving distance on this main road. It was a 16min drive into Long Beach central area and I saw a Target within close proximity of the motel also. The car parking was directly out the front of the room and the area was extremely safe and pleasant. Shower pressure was good and although it is located on a main road there was no road noise at night. I was not aware of a breakfast so I cannot comment on this.
