“acceptable only for sleeping and a few days”
I liked the area because it was close to bars and a theater, and it was pleasant. The building is exactly like the photos. I liked it. It looks old, but I liked it. I noticed that people live in the building permanently.

“Regretful”
Falsely advertised. No parking or private parking. Manager made us feel very uncomfortable with messages detailing our check in time (which was 8pm). Really unnecessary. Felt like being stalked. Also no laundry facilities inside the accommodation. Only a shared laundry in the basement. Worst experience on booking.com to date. Tried contacting booking.com. Pointless.

VERY BAD first they send me the code only 3 then later 4 numbers I tried and tried , then when I called after 15 minutes I had to enter another knob , never told before , but on the phone I noticed many persoins have this problem , because he already told me right away when I said I cannot open the door Very Poor as a person from europe it costs me a lot to call on my phone

“A well equiped studio in a safe and easy to navigate area of Long Beach”
A great little studio that had more than I expected. Excellent location for accessing local food and transport. Room set-up is welcoming and inviting. I really liked having a separate work area. The kitchen had everything you needed so it was nice to cook a meal or two instead of just eating out each meal. The bed, while firm, was comfortable. Having door codes was so much easier than remembering keys - loved the simplicity. I felt very safe in the building and the area and would definitely stay again.
