Hotel staff was personable and informative. King room with sofa was spacious. The bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows. The heating unit and refrigerator quietly kicked on unlike some hotel units. Breakfast was well stocked with ample selection.

“Great Stay in Long beach”
Clean comfortable and friendly. Breakfast attendant was amazing, we really appreciated her! Long Beach in the winter was a surprising jewel. We will definitely be back.

“The staff was professional and almost all aspects were excellent.”
Almost everything went well. The weekday counter clerk and breakfast worker were excellent and very friendly and very nice. Room size, décor and general hotel cleanliness and aesthetics were excellent.

We liked that the hotel and surrounding area was clean. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable enough for our short stay. Shower pressure was fabulous and plenty of hot water! Complimentary breakfast was pretty dang good!
