Overview
This hotel is located in the heart of downtown London, Ontario on the corner of Richmond Row. This all-suite hotel is 100% non-smoking. It features a free grab-and-go breakfast every morning. “Comfortable and very good value”
Room was large, clean and comfortable. An issue with the payment got resolved easily and courteously with the front desk.

I like the overall cleanliness and amenities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The fridge was roomy. Beds were great. Breakfast had variety and had lots of spots to sit. There were two tvs which in the pictures only shows one so that was a nice surprise. I like how all the doors were functioning. Also felt like adjoining rooms.

The location was great and the cost for the suite was fantastic. Most of the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The free continental breakfast was decent, and replenished frequently. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

“We were in London for a special occasion and the Park helped make the whole stay feel special.”
The windows leaked cold air and we needed more bed coverings to sleep. Which were delivered when we asked, but given there was a pullout bed we thought there'd be more available in room.

“Perfect hotel if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness and wonderful staff.”
Traveled from Windsor to see a show at Canada Life Palace. Hotel staff were super friendly. Check in was a breeze. Parking garage felt safe, and not to mention one of the nicest entryway I've ever seen. Hotel and room was pristine. Location was perfect. My daughter and I were able to walk around downtown do to location. Also within walking distance to Canada Life Place. My daughter and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Will book again when we return for our next event.

The facilities are beautiful, clean and mothers. The front desk staff were not friendly and not attentive. Especially the lady when we checked in.
