The hotel changed my booked room from a motel to a hotel without my consent. I had to look for a suitable option at 10 PM after a 1,300-kilometer journey. As a result, I only managed to go to bed at 2 AM. My evening and plans were completely ruined. Keep in mind that the room was paid for four days before the trip, and according to the staff, they didn't have time to clean it for me!!!

“Perfect for a one night stay!”
Fantastic when you are travelling further into Italy or back up. The motel in the basement with private parking is perfect when you have a car full of stuff. Also the included breakfast buffet was a real plus.

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay on our road to holidays. Very close to the highway, so you do not lose any time while travelling, but nevertheless very quite.

A great location, we have stayed here several times before, but never in a motel room, which was the case on this visit. We have always been upgraded in the past. The public areas of the hotel are lovely, and so are the grounds. It is in a great location with safe parking. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly.

Really convenient location and just off the motorway as we headed to Ancona. The food in the restaurant was very nice and there was lots of choice for breakfast

“Very poor, and certainly not up to the 4star standard that the hotel claims. I will not return.”
Room was a decent size but very basic. Quite bare and no extras in the room except a fridge which couldn't be temp controlled and free water. Bathroom was ok. Not to 4 star quality as billed.

“A quiet, comfortable hotel just off the motorway.”
It’s a large hotel with restaurant and ample parking. They have ‘motel’ style rooms where some rooms had their own parking space. This is practical for those travelling with a loaded car. Staff were friendly and helpful.
