“Basic comfort and perfect location combined, c. 7-8 minutes walk from Lokeren train station.”
I was warmly welcomed by Vincent and his father and felt at ease throughout my stay. The room is spacious and functional with a decent large bed, providing a good place for retreat at the end of a busy day. The location is perfect, based in the moe historic part of town right next to the Sint-Laurentiuskerk, across the parking lot from the vibrant CultuurCafé Lokeren and within a stone's throw from the market square. Take note: Do not be deterred by the "Closed" sign at the entrance. Either ring the bell or call one of two mobile phone numbers (of Vincent his father) stuck on the door if you show up before or after the agreed time of check-in.

“Good if you need to stay in the center, but too expensive for the quality.”
The location is perfect, in the center and close to everything you need. The room is quiet and with good natural light, but there was a window on the roof with no curtain ....lucky I wake up at 7am anyway. Friendly staff.
