We booked the place when we arrived in Loja at 7 pm as a 24 hour front desk was mentioned in the description. When I got the confirmation email it stated check in time is 2-6 pm. I messaged the property through booking.com and via WhatsApp that we just arrived but didn't hear back from them. When we found someone who speaks Spanish and was willing to call them for us they told us they booked the place through a different platform and forgot to block the date on booking.com.

“Great place”
Breakfast was excellent. The place is HUGE. Washer for clothes was excellent. The hosts are wonderful and speak English.

“Just the best”
We liked everything about it, it’s a shame we had other bookings otherwise we would’ve stayed longer. We were made to feel so welcome nothing was a problem.

The family are lovely kind , perfect hosts,, great English speaking,,helps people like me with very little Spanish...house and apartment perfect for me ,,very quiet area,,the quiest I have had in nine months in South America... lovely kitchen with perfect condition appliances,,I will stay coming back from Argentina
