The first room was very noisy as the gym thought the music needed to be at rock concert levels. I was told the hotel was full it wasn't they did eventually change to a different room. We were not told the pool facilities etc were not available on checking in. Expensive for what it was.

“Good business hotel”
Good business hotel. Super peaceful at night, did not hear a sound and had a perfect rest. Comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi. I left really early, and was provided with a packed breakfast, very much appreciated.

Staff were very attentive and changed my room on account of the TV noise from the neighboring room which was far too audible. Rooms are well appointed, modern and clean. Food was good but limited choice in menu. Nice, quiet location away from all the traffic in Loja.
