Esperanza welcomed us on arrival. She was very friendly and gave us loads of tips about things to do in and around Loja. The apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need to cook, towels and soap/shampoo are provided. Hot showers. TV with YouTube and Netflix to relax after a day of hiking. Good size bedroom and comfortable beds. Very nice view. Good location, 10 minutes from the centre, in a quiet area, shops and markets around the corner. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Loja.

The owner is super friendly. Check in and out was very easy. During check in we received a map and explanation about Loja and owners were always available for questions and explanations. Parking is possible in the parking at home, owner got our car in and out every day because it is a bit difficult to maneuver. This was no problem for the owner. Apartment is spacious and well furnished and fully equipped.
