“Dirty, no internet and unresponsive owner”
- the apartment was smelly, full of mold and cleaned poorly, it felt dirty and some parts were even sticky. We had to keep the windows open all the time to get rid of the mold smell - we had no Internet connection during the entire stay - I informed the owner multiple times but he just delayed solving the issue - we didn't even have toilet paper! I informed the owner but he ignored the issue
