Location was great, 50yds from the sea less to the beach 😀 Owners very responsive. Great space and very peaceful. Plenty of eating places within a 10 min stroll. Very clean and well furnished. A top place

The house and position was perfect. Manolis was a wonderful host, always ready to help. The property was well equipped and had all essentials. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal which we did 3 nights in a row. Beach access was across the road and restaurants and shops were within walking distance as was the local bus to take you to other places. There was 6 of us staying here and we could not recommend this place enough for a family, group of friends like us or even a couple.

Great house, great position and the host, Manolis, is super nice and helpful!

The house is in a beautiful position just 50m from a beautiful beach. Extremely well equipped, comfortable and clean and Manolis the owner was very helpful and kind. The town had a good supermarket, some smaller shops and a few great restaurants in walking distance, even out of season.

It has a very large, spacious well fitted kitchen and sitting room and a choice of several shady terraces with chairs and tables. All set in a lovely garden with olive trees, oleander, bananas, geraniums, and basil. A couple of excellent tavernas nearby, with more a short walk away in the delightful little fishing village of Piso Livadi. Our host Manolis couldn't have been more helpful.

We have stayed at Villa San Dimitrio several times. We know the island very well and the villa is located in the perfect place for us. The villa owners are always extremely helpful and friendly.

“Beautiful house, great location”

The house was great, so close to the beach and to the restaurants of Logaras and Piso Livadi. It was really well equipped and had everything you need if you wish to cook at home, with a variety of spots outside to eat your meal. There were beach chairs and umbrellas you could take to the nearby beach. The beach right outside is a little rocky but not too bad, and there is a beautiful sandy beach to the right just around the headland if preferred. A fantastic place to base yourself to explore Paros or to just chill out, I’m sure we’ll be back in the coming years!

“Great location! Huge space! Excellent Host! Everything you need, just show up and relax!”

We could not have asked for a better stay. The host contacted me early and was sure to meet us upon our arrival to the house. He was extremely nice and took the time to ensure we understood all of the facilities and amenities of the house. He also gave us good tips of places to go and see and where to eat. The house was extremely close to the beach and we had excellent views of the beach and nearby town from the balacony - which we ate on every dinner. We had plenty of towels and all other necessities.

clean, very comfortable, nearly to the beach, and there was a washing machine tab, that was my first experience ( we have several experiences of holiday flats ) that everything was ready and the cleanliness could be trusted.

What a phantastic place! The villa ist very spacious, spotless clean, well equipped and placed in the middle of a wonderful garden. Even thought the house is situated close to the beach and various restaurants, it's quiet and peaceful there. The host Manolis was very friendly and helpful, he even provided free fruits and beverages upon our arrival. There is nothing we didn't like about the place. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location right on the beach and a few minutes walk from bars / restaurants. A high end villa with lots of extras you wouldn't normally find. The owner is local and fantastic - he made us feel so welcome.

Beautiful house, in a great location . Manolis was very friendly and helpful, and left us some lovely fruit and wine ! Internet was fast and even though the weather was windy for some of the time, we were able to sit in different alfresco areas and hide from the wind . Pisa Livadi is a short walk to 6 or 8 restaurant/ bars . Beds were comfortable and bed linen and towels were very high quality .

The best place we have ever been. The house is spectacular, right next to an amazing beach and walking distance from everything you need (bars, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ..). And Manolis was the perfect host. We really hope to be back soon.

The property is very well situated being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Piso Livadi yet it is set back and private. The house is well proportioned and laid out. The rooms were well furnished as was the garden area with lovely seating areas and cooking facilities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would be very happy to return.
