The Hotel is family run and all the staff members were incredibly welcoming, helpful & generally really good energy. Location is just a few mins from Piso Livadi town and the view from the rooms of the bay is brilliant!

Beautiful pool and room, and really conveniently located near the bus stops that take you wherever you need to go. There is also a mini market and lots of eateries nearby which was convenient to walk to for dinner and breakfast. The staff were beyond helpful and went out of their way to help us, would definitely stay again!

Welcoming and friendly staff, Room comforts and amenities including a mini kettle for coffee. Spot clean. The en-suite was all new and modern. Location: Beach and restaurants in a walking distance but be prepared for a lot of stairs to actually get there ( to the reception and rooms)

We loved it here with the pool and views over the little marina and village we could walk everywhere to beach or restaurants and loved relaxing here for 5 days. Staff were amazing

“Wonderful, quiet place with nice pool and gardens.”

Wonderful appartement with spectacular view from a balcony. Big rooms, fully equipped kitchen. Only the shower could be a bit better. Cleaning lady was very attentive and all personnel very friendly. For example we wanted to buy local olive oil and they managed to find us taverna with very good oil and helped us pack the canister for the flight. Hope to come back some day! Paros is excellent island and Arkas Inn is very good located and well managed place to visit every other part of island.

Really friendly staff. Very clean, room and public areas. The pool was welcome and never seemed overly busy. Good coffee and cold beer in the bar. Great location between Piso Livadi and Logaras. Efficient bus service to Parikia and Naoussa All in all a fantastic spot for a break in lovely Paros

“Restful stay in a lovely hotel in a quieter part of the island.”

Lovely family run hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to Piso Livadi beach and marina, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants, a mini market, bakery and a couple of souvenir shops. Also 5 minutes walk in the other direction brings you to Logaras beach with an Italian restaurant/pizza place, several other restuarants/tavernas and another minimart. Frequent bus services from both to Noussa, Parikia, Lefkes, etc. There's a bigger supermarket at Marpissa, about a 20 minute walk from Arkas which is a beautiful village with some lovely churches and several tavernas (see photo of Charoula's Tavern) and a great Kafenion near the Church of the Transformation (try their Souma with lemon - yumm). The family at the hotel were really helpful when we had some issues with connecting flights and were just lovely folks. Our studio had been upgraded to a two bed apartment right at the top of the hotel, so the steps up and down took care of a few calories (they were no problems really and we're both in our sixties). Room was cleaned daily with frequent towel and bedding changes. Nice swimming pool with bar and snack service. There is car parking but we didn't have a car.

“Generally great experience with small inconveniences”

The view, the location, the staff and the room layout was all great. The bathroom was very nice with lots of space to pack your toiletries. Very nice balcony and the beds were also comfortable if maybe too soft. Two very nice beaches were within a 5 minute footwalk. Also a mini market was right around the corner. There were many great restaurants nearby. The room decor and facilities were all up to our expectations. They really thought it through what can be needed so there were even clippers for the clothes hanger so the wind was not an issue, these small touches were much appreciated!

Really nice sea view, I was in room 230, 231 had a perfect view as it was on the end so in evening you saw both town and sea
