“Lovely huge hotel with a really good spa”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and very fresh. The pool was spotless, and the jacuzzis were of a very high standard. We had a great time, and I would definitely come back again. The staff were also responsive and very professional.

“Solo fjord trip”
The room was spacious even though it was a single room. Bigger than expected from the photo. Location was perfect. Near the bus stop and grocery as well as the skylift.

“Beautiful hotel with beautiful view.”
The room face Faleidfjord ,the view is very beautiful.There is a large swimming pool in the hotel but we missed it because it was closed after dinner.The dinner is buffet and there are so many food ,one of the best during our stay in Norway.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from the room to the fjord. The dinner buffet and breakfast are very rich and good. WIFI is working well. The hotel was possibly built for upper-class guests at the beginning of the last century and has been significantly modernized but is today far too expensive.

Everything but food was exceptional, Dinner Buffet was Worth every penny and breakfast was outstanding!! Personel was friendly and helpful and location together with the view from room was amazing

“Over promises and underdelivers”
So this is a property that over promises and underdelivers. It is well okay and apparently a family run business. The hotel is huge and it really caters for bus loads of tourists. The facilities were quite nice, but the staff were terrible, disinterested at every point of our stay. We had really hoped for a lovely stop off at this hotel, and we booked for two nights, and upgraded our accommodation as a real treat. From the very start our first impression with staff was ordinary. There was almost no interest at the front desk, no assistance whatsoever with directions or recommendations. The hotel room was adequate, but certainly not at the standard for which we are expecting, and for which we paid. we asked if we could have some ICE in our room, and we were told that we have to go down to the bar and see if we can get some from there. When we did the power attendant said, oh, and then proceeded to scoop some ice out of a jug of cold water and stuck them in a paper cup for us! This is certainly not at a level of quality and high class hotel. The breakfast was like a large cafeteria, and the quality was questionable. Certainly not at a level as advertised. The swimming facilities look amazing on the Internet, but we’re really like a public pool and when the bus loads of tourists came in that felt like I was in a public facility. We tried to engage with a number of the staff members but throughout the whole complex there was no interest, and we certainly did not feel special in any sense. We have trouble extensively, and this was very disappointing, I would not recommend this hotel
