“Big traditional trulli house in beautiful setting”

Beautiful tradition trulli with lovely garden and exceptionally beautiful setting for the pool. Vineyard and olive trees belonging to the property add to its exceptional setting. Sebastiano was very accommodating about us arriving much earlier and we were welcome by his brother Francesco who showed us around. The location is great as close to the beautiful villages of Locorotondo Martina Franca and Cisternino and Alberello .

“A tranquil, stunning villa. We did not want to leave!”

What an incredible stay! The villa is set in tranquil surroundings overlooking a beautiful vineyard and olive grove. Waking up and walking out onto the stone patio looking back at the Trulli was breathtaking. As a family we all loved the pool. Early morning swims and staying until early evening before it cooled down and we went to visit different towns for dinner. We did not want to leave. One of the best places we’ve stayed. The pool loungers and chairs are excellent quality, very comfortable. Multiple areas to sit with a coffee. We had lunch most days at the villa and ate on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need. Monopoli, Locorotondo, Polignano a mare and Alberobello all within 10-30 minutes. We visited Martina Franca for dinner. And I would recommend, it was one of my favourites. Porto Rosso seafood restaurant in Monopoli was great too. Reserve to sit in the restaurant overlooking the sea. Thank you to the host for an excellent stay. Very friendly and hospitable.

“A perfect place for a vacation in Puglia.”

A charming place, a fairytale cottage equipped with everything you need. A wonderful, large swimming pool with a swimming area and a shallower one for children. Everything was well-thought-out, elegant, and clean. A fantastic location – a great base for trips to charming Puglia towns. Very hospitable, helpful, and dedicated hosts. Highly recommended, we'll gladly return.

We liked everything about Tenuta Montanaro. The beautiful surroundings and its proximity to the main villages in Puglia make this a very good base to explore the region. Super clean and comfortable. Pool area is amazing. Loved our trulli experience and cannot wait to be back. Sebastiano was really helpful and accommodating.

Stunning property with beautiful surroundings. Pool was sparkling and we were able to enjoy meals outside every night. The building itself is a beautiful old trulli with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Close to main attractions of Alberobello and Locorotondo as well as Monopoli and Polignano. Exceptional outdoor spaces - didn’t want to leave!

“Lovely villa with attentive hosts”

Trulli style building and great pool, ample space for our four or six people. Lovely views over the vineyard and surrounding areas. Away from the busy areas so is very relaxing.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Supplies for our first breakfast were very welcome along with wine from their own vineyard - a lovely touch. The pool was one of the best we’ve had, being a good size and exceptionally clean. The trulli was also spotlessly clean and in a very peaceful location but well located for reaching the main towns in the area. Sebastiano and Francesco were very helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Stunning property and so well kept. Supplies for our first breakfast were left ready, fresh cherries & berries along with a bottle of wine from their own vineyard. Heavenly. The pool area was as good as anywhere.

The house gave us an authentic experience of a trullo, it was clean, had all the facilities needed and the owner made us a surprise by providing a few things extra for breakfast. It is a quiet area with an amazing view towards the fields of olive trees and grapes.

“Wonderful stay in a trulli house”

The house is located between the village of Locorontodo and Alberobello, perfect location to discover the region. Charming setting, it enjoys a quiet location, with beautiful scenery. We were welcomed by Sebastiano and Caroline, wonderful hosts who shared super helpful tips about the region.

The property and location are superb. Ideally located to explore Puglia with Locorotondo being close by with ample parking, lovely restaurants and delicious gelato. The owner was on hand to answer questions at all times and went above and beyond when our tiny daughter was taken poorly. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay.

The property is beautiful, such a special experience to stay in a trulli. The outside pool area is amazing. The surrounding towns were lovely too, this was a great base for many towns in the area, we loved Matera and Alberobello! The property owners were so accommodating and helpful, they really went above and beyond! Lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Very quiet location close to Locorotondo and Alberobello. Perfect hosts, very accurate and helpful. we didn’t use the pool as it was cold but it looked fantastic with the proper size. The equipment jn the house was basic but everything you need. we loved our stay.
