“Beautiful Hotel”
Lovely Hotel in a truly amazing setting. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. The grounds were very well kept. Plenty of room, it never felt busy even when hotel was full.

“A true enjoyable stay at one of Puglia's best kept secrets”
Pretty much everything! Ottolire is one of those very special places offering everything you want from a secluded retreat-feel property overlooking a vast estate set in the Puglian hillsides where fine cuisine, great service and total relaxation and enjoyment are the obvious priorities. It offers a range of different sized and thoughtfully styled rooms, an excellent restaurant where nothing is too much trouble for the chef and service is of the highest order, and a very large pool with service. But above all, the Ottolire team, from owner to gardener, convey real passion for what they do, and what they do, they do very well indeed.

The hotel is very well maintained and large. The staff is really kind. The breakfasts are delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. There is also a big parking area. The pool area is stunning!

“A very special hotel!”
Absolutely stunning surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. You can wonder around the kitchen gardens and see the fig trees, pomegranates, tomatoes, apples and melons (my husband may have stolen a few for snacking on!). The rooms are elegant, luxurious and comfortable. The pool is delightful with a pool bar open all day for snacks and drinks. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere special and definitely plan on returning in the future.

Beautiful resort in stunning scenery. Very peaceful & quiet. Lovely pool area. Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was a Trulli with an outdoor spa bath and was absolutely stunning, I would recommend this room. Comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.
