Elisabeth provided exceptional service above anything expected - she chased up an ear ring my wife lost at the Chateau which we never thought we would see again. She did it all with a smile and communicated with us even after we had checked out

We did not choose to have breakfast. The room was very good standard and comfortable we would stay again. For older people the steps up to reception were a problem. We need to hold on to a rail but the only ones available were at the sides of the steps which meant you had to step off from a small garden. I believe strongly that this hotel should consider a central hand railing, you need to hold on to something while carrying cases. Without the rail the steps could be dangerous in bad weather. Other than than we found the location and the hotel extremely pleasant to stay at and we will be back.

Nice hotel in old building, former "Palais de Justice". Good breakfast and nice SPA zone with small swimming pool and hamam.

Beautiful building in prime situation in lovely small town Loches. The room was very comfortable. We had half-board and price/quality was very good. Staff was nice and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious. I had lots. Loches was a beautiful town that I enjoyed walking around. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure my parents (including disabled Dad) and me were comfortable. I really appreciated her attention.
