Modern and tidy hotel with extremely friendly staff.

Spacious rooms with a lot of light and a balcony. Hotel very close to Lago Maggiore and city centre. Breakfast also possible on a balcony, eye in eye with trees.

Friendly staff, good location a short walk from the station and the ferries. Nice balcony. Very clean and comfortable. I had an early start so I appreciated the Nespresso machine. Good shower. (Not specific to the hotel but the Ticino Ticket is a great idea)

Great location, comfortable room, easy walk from the train station! Tip: there is a vending machine on the dining room floor if you want a snack or bottled drinks on the middle of the night.

Great location, very near the lake. Spotlessly clean, modern room with great shower . The receptionist (sorry did not get her name, but she was Russian) was BRILLIANT 🤩. Very helpful and friendly. Gave us some great advice and even helped out with some extra coffee! We stayed on a Sunday when street parking is free, which was an unexpected bonus!

Absolutely everything, the staff could not have been more helpful. I have honestly not experienced customer service like it from every single person there. Highly recommend a stay here.

Outside temperature is 30 C and air conditioner doesn’t work. No information from the reception unless you ask about the air conditioner. Left the hotel without spending the night as the temperature in the room was unbearable. Complete waste of money, will never book this hotel again.

I used to come to this hotel many years ago with my parents, when it was the Pestalozzi hotel, and I am happy to see that they have refurbished the rooms and the public areas. They did a very good job and also the staff in the reception and the restaurant were very kind.
