Old palace which would need a bit of renewal and transformed in e rooms. The view on the lake from the terrace is a big plus. The bed is very good. Note that if you come by train the slope is steep from the station to the hotel.

Spacious rooms with a wonderful view over the lake and the town. Area is green and quiet, off the busy main street. Despite no staff on reception, there were a few people around helping during breakfast, which was nice. Breakfast itself was better than I expected (at least based on other reviews). Decent selection of sliced meats and cheeses, some fresh vegetables and fruit, eggs, good coffee. No complaints. I would definitely stay there if I visited the city again.

Having read some reviews, we weren’t sure what to expect from the e-hotel but it was great. Easy to sign in, wonderful lake views, good sized room, easy car parking. Although it says no staff, we did see some in the morning and they were very welcoming.
