Dating back to 1550, this carefully restored historic building enjoys a quiet location in the heart of Locarno, 100m from Piazza Grande. Boutique Hotel La Rinascente features elegantly styled rooms. Combining modern furniture with a historic structure, each room and suite has its own unique look. Free WiFi, parquet flooring are featured in all. There is also a public garage 300m from the La Rinascente Boutique Hotel. Lake Maggiore and the Locarno Train Station are a 5-minute walk away, Piazza Castello can be reached in just 3 minutes. It was exactly next to the Piazza Grande - perfect for the moon and stars festival!🤩 the breakfast was whenever we choose to get up - everything was freshly made!

This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel located an easy two minute walk to the Piazza Centrale in Locano. The hotel serves a wonderful breakfast perfect to start your day. Rooms were on the large size, very clesn and well equipped with coffee send tea facilities. As we had our own car the parking was a bonus.

“Pleasant stay in a charming hotel”
The hotel has been beautifully renovated and the bedrooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The location was very peaceful and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was served in the courtyard, outside the charming restaurant.

Nice hotel at a good location. It has ample room for parking but know that you will have to drive through a very, very narrow alley on your way to it. It was a bit daunting at first but worked out well, and we have a fairly large car. The breakfast was great, it's served a la carte (you make notes on a sheet of paper what you want to order) and the friendly staff brings it to you.

“Beautiful place, beautiful hotel, amazing staff.”
The hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the location was excellent. Super close to Piazza Grande and to the train station. We enjoyed time in Locarno and went hiking a few days in Val Verzasca, taking the bus from Locarno (it's a 23min ride to the Verzasca dam).

“Perfect , already waiting to be back 💯💯💯”
As I arrived to the hotel the warm welcoming felt immediately.Isabelle were so friendly,helpful and patient. She helped with all my questions and much more. Breakfast was very good and I also enjoyed dinner in there restaurant twice…was perfect 😍 Location was great,just 2 minutes from piazza grande!!! I loved every minute in that hotel !!!
