Center of the tourist spots

It's very basic but functional. Great location, comfortable beds, air-conditioning, quiet area, and warm shower. We were able to refill our water bottles from the cold fridge in reception, and they let me keep my oat milk in their fridge, too. It was 5 minutes from Food and Fables restaurant, which had great vegan options. We hired kayaks from a stall nearby for 350 pesos each to paddle on the Loboc River, which was great fun. We walked up the river and saw plenty of fireflies in the evening (no need for a tour). We loved our stay here.

Close to activities, comfy and good if you want to stay few nights

We only stayed here for one night, and we arrived very late, so it's hard to comment. Everything seems to be in order, the price is very good.

Great quite location close to firefly and fox where I ended up spending all of my time except from the tours. Otherwise, nothing.

Excellent value for money. Simple, small, quiet, clean and comfortable. Located a 15 walk away from the Loboc River Cruise. Umbrellas on the balcony/terrace for all the 7 cottage style rooms. Thoughtful touches like this make for happy guests. Two min walk to main road with a few sari sari stores and a laundry. Each room has a small balcony/terrace to enjoy coffee on. Good water pressure in the shower and decent wifi. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Highly recommended for a budget stay.

The rooms are cheap and ok for a night if the other places close by are booked out. The young girl running things was friendly and welcoming.

Good location for riding up to the chocolate hills etc. It looks better in person than in the photos as they have grown garden plants and put in paths. The staff did their best to fix any issues eg light outside room was not working.

It's a nice and quiet place close to the river. The room is spacious and has a balcony with garden view. The wifi was very fast, And last but not least, we had hot water!

I enjoyed my stay here despite the reviews but it’s key to note that this is basic local style accomodation with no bells and whistles. I found the two ladies in reception very helpful and I was handed a key to a bike within seconds of checking in as I was in a rush to go explore. I was also able check in early which was really helpful- thank you! The area is quite convenient. You need a motorbike/ a driver to explore Bohol properly. There’s no restaurant on site but there’s a great place one min drive along the river- fox and firefly which I recommend. A petrol station and basic things like water and snacks are a minute walk away from the property. An ATM is a 3 min drive to centre of Loboc. Contrary to other reviews, I found this place clean. It’s been a while since it’s been refurbished so it’s not a 5* resort no, so yes there are cracks etc but cleanliness was fine and it’s a totally fine place to sleep after a day of exploring.

There was no breakfast, but nearby there is another hotel that does both breakfast and lunch, and it was very good
