The place was very clean and the room was a good size. The owners were very nice and made arrangements for me to go on a tour and to be picked up to go back to the boat terminal.

It was a lovely big room (Deluxe Double) overlooking the rice fields, and the bed was comfortable. The owner, Michelina, is a lovely helpful lady, who can help organise activities, laundry etc. Great location, just a few minutes walk into the main street.

My experience at this accommodation was truly outstanding. The property's location is ideal, offering convenience and easy access to local attractions. Cleanliness was a standout feature. Comfort and Amenities I can confidently say that staying here felt just like being in my own home. The level of comfort provided was remarkable, with all the necessary amenities at my disposal. Exceptional Host Nenen, our host, was the epitome of hospitality. Her availability and willingness to assist with any request were truly commendable. Her friendly and warm demeanor made the stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed 3 nights. Clean big room, shower with cold water only, brand new and silent a/c, excellent wifi in the room, water refill system. Small balcony. 2 minutes walking to the center. Excellent motorbikes for rent : 350 php a day. Very quiet location apart from some barking dogs at night (put earplugs). Highly recommended for the excellent value for money. In Loboc nice cruise during 1,30 h. on floating restaurant with excellent buffet for 1'000 php (800 for senior), from 10 am to 2 pm

“Basic but convieient”

Great location in the Center of Loboc, we literally used as a base for one night whilst we toured around to do the river, tarsiers and chocolate hills at our own pace. As expected it was pretty basic, but for the price we paid, the a/c worked well and the water in the bathroom worked too!

This is an excellent guesthouse in the heart of Loboc, just minutes from the river cruise and well-places to visit the Chocolate Hills. Michelina was very helpful with motorbike hire. The room is basic but good.

Good location, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice balcony. They have a scooter's to rent so easy to go to see chocolate hills and places around.
