The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome, the room met our requirements perfectly as I was traveling with my elderly father who need wheelchair accessibility. the beds was extremely comfortable and spotless. the location was right beside the beach. we will defiantly be returning and have already recommended the Alaska to friends.

When i checked into the Alaska, I was a bit disappointed in the room. We paid extra for a balcony and sea view, which was good, but at the time, I'm not sure it was worth the extra paid. Once we were into the room and settled in, I have to say my views on the hotel changed quickly. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were excellent, and we really did enjoy the balcony with the sea view. This is by no means a luxurious hotel, it looks like it is from the 70s or 80s, but still a very good place to stay The room takes a bit of time to cool down, we had a family room, so was quite big. I did complain a bit about the air-conditioning, they were very quick to say they would move us if we weren't happy. Actually, once the room cooled down, it was fine. The location was excellent, straight across the road and onto the beach, plenty bars and restaurants in the area to eat and drink. The fridge in the reception selling cans of coke, fanta, beer and bottles of water for 2€ each was a well used. There is a small fridge in the room as well, which was good for keeping your drinks cool. I would definitely stay in the Alaska hotel in the future, rooms are more than adequate, staff are absolutely excellent and location was ideal

The hotel is in a top location, very close to the beach, mar menor, mudding lake, restaurants and shops. We found a car park space very near the hotel, too! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very comfy with quite a big outdoor balcony as well. Will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully, I will come back soon.

Great location to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy. Parking the car was a little bit of a problem but found a spot down a side street. Great place all-round.

The hotel was better than expected staff where amazing location spot on would stay there again and would highly recommend it. Ideal for guests with mobility issues.
