“Can tolerate the other defects except for rude and unprofessional staff”
Staff were friendly and attends to all the needs. Specially Housekeeping with exception of one receptionist that I encountered Jan 16 day shift very rude and unprofessional.

“We needed somewhere to sleep.”
So dirty. Really, truly, dirty. Like chewed food left on the floor under the curtains in our room dirty. Bug carcasses against the walls kind of dirty.

Jessica at front desk was amazing in helping me in a bad situation when booking.com made things difficult for me and the manager was amazing as well. The rooms were great, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good!

“It was a place to stay and that was it”
The facility was in bad shape. Very noisy can here people walking upstairs. Doors continually shutting. Elevator was out of service had to enter from back (when we found the right door to enter). Walk up a flight of stairs and then all the way over to the room with our luggage. Left at 630 in morning November 1st and the front desk person was very very rude to us and it seems she didn't like her job at all and made a point of us knowing it. Very poor service for the bad night we had there. She should never be on the front desk dealing with people.
