Wow, this hotel is stunning and so nicely converted from an old monastery. The central atrium is beautifully decorated however its the restaurant which takes your breath away - big, bright and airy with the original architecture in place and sympathetically decorated. Ensuite bedroom was a lovely size, comfy bed and very clean. I would recommend staying half board as the food is of excellent quality and very tasty (and is of a Michelin standard). Customer service is excellent. The location of the Parador de Lleida is perfect for walking around the city. Down the cobbled hill to the right onto the shopping area and left turn towards the amazing Seu Vella or Old Cathedral,

“Well worth the stay”
When they work, the Paradors deliver in spades - as this one does. Style, comfort, big rooms (but ask for a twin rather then a double, as the twin rooms are much bigger). Their car park sounded problematic but wasn't, and the discounted breakfast (down from 19 euro to 13) helped. Lleida is worth visiting if only for the incredible cloister in the old church atop the hill. Well worth the stay, despite the price.

“City center but super quiet hotel with style, history and great facilities.”
Our first Parador hotel lived up to the reputation of the chain of unique hotels. Beautiful interior with well equipped rooms. Breakfast was excellent and for some reason at a discounted price (booking.com said it would be euro 20 and it was only euro 14) - huge choice of items offered.
