It was centrally located, next to the castle. There was a parking space just underground with extra cost. Very convenient for a one night stop

The room for 4 people had 4 real beds, no sofa beds - that was a really nice surprise. There was not a lot of space left, but we just stayed one night, so that wasn't a problem. Staff was friendly and breakfast was fine.

My stay at Hotel Sansi Park was very pleasant from start to finish. The location is excellent just right in the center of Lleida. It was easy to walk everywhere and all the places I needed to visit were close by. The room was spacious, with a decent-sized bathroom. Everything was clean, and the soft white sheets and comfortable bed helped me relax and sleep very well after a day of exploring. What stood out the most was the kindness of the reception staff. They were always friendly and helpful during my stay. After I checked out, they told me I had complimentary coffee and a croissant. I was in a hurry to catch my 12 PM train and was going to skip it but she kindly insisted and even wrapped up two croissants and gave me a bottle of water to take with me. It was a small gesture, but very thoughtful.

“Comfortable stay in the heart of Lleida”

Hotel Sansi Park enjoys a great location right in the centre of Lleida, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so finding a good meal is never a problem. Our room was spacious, with an equally generous bathroom. Everything was spotless, and the crisp white linen and very comfortable bed made for a restful night. It’s the kind of simple, well-executed comfort that many travellers appreciate. The reception staff were particularly kind and responsive throughout our stay. After checkout they even invited us for a coffee — a small gesture, but a very thoughtful one that left a lovely final impression. The hotel also offers parking, which is convenient, though we found that street parking in the area was relatively easy as well. All in all, a very pleasant stay with friendly service and an excellent central location.

I would like to note that the staff is very friendly and polite. The mattress in my room was comfortable.

We absolutely loved everything about the property. A special thank you to the two Moroccan receptionists we met — they truly made our stay exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and, above all, spoke excellent English, which is quite rare in many hotels in Barcelona. We have stayed at several hotels across Catalonia, but Sansi Park has been our best experience so far. I’m from Sweden and my wife is from England, so as you can imagine, language barriers can sometimes be challenging. However, having them at the reception desk made everything so much easier and more comfortable for us. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to both receptionists — the one who checked us in and the one who checked us out. We truly appreciate your outstanding service.
