Overview
This new hotel is located just 25 metres from the beaches of the Costa Brava, in the pretty village of Llafranch. It includes a roof terrace with fantastic views of the local area, and a spa with chromo and aromatherapies. With a family atmosphere, the Muntanya is ideal for a relaxing break on the Catalan coastline. Before a day of exploring the stunning local beaches you can enjoy the hotel’s delicious buffet breakfast. During the day you can visit the nearby Botanic Gardens or take the 30-minute journey to Figueres to see the works of Salvador Dalí in his home city. The hotel’s rooms include modern facilities such as satellite TV and offer impressive views of the sea or mountains.

“Amazing Property with Secure Bike Storage and Wonderful Staff”
Amazing property! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived with three bikes, and one of the highlights for us was the very secure bike storage room they provide. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing our bikes were safe. The property itself was excellent, and the combination of great facilities and outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel just a hundred metres from the sea front. It feels very authentic and the host is incredible, so welcoming and friendly and that really elevated the experience. It felt like a family hotel rather than just staffed by employees. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room we had was traditional and yet had all mod cons including a fridge and a good shower. Toiletries are provided, as is a kettle. There is a beautiful little roof terrace with views over Llafranc and the sea. You can order a drink and the owner will bring it to you on the roof top, cheaper than any bar and comparable views and comfort. Varied and excellent breakfast. Chess and books available in the bar just adding to the family and homely feel. We found free parking on the next street. We visited in late May so maybe not so easy to park in high season. 100% recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location - it’s 2 min walking from the sea, also they have lovely terrace when you get tired from the crowd at the beach. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, very good cleaning. They serve fresh fruit for breakfast and fresh orange juice, whole grain croissants were delicious and coffee was good, they also had lactose free yogurt and oat milk. Also they have beach chairs and umbrellas to use for free! Last but not least, we had a flat tire and personal helped to find well-priced help, super grateful! In general staff went extra mile in everything they did for us, we couldn’t feel more welcome. Thank you, would definitely come back!

Location is fabulous. Hotel is right on the beach and no hills to walk up. Family run hotel and staff were great. I loved the mini fridge and kettle and small balcony with little folding table.
