“Large, luxurious modern house with private garage close to the beach”
The house is very large, modern and with every comfort. Two very large terraces - one shady and one sunny. The house is suitable for most times of year (except winter, perhaps) because the downstairs is cool and shady and the upstairs warm and sunny. The two sitting rooms were extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The interior garage was large and warm and very useful because parking in LLafranc is not easy. The supermarket is within easy walking distance and the beach even closer - we counted 150 paces!
