Overview
This central and intimate Ljungby hotel is situated 100 metres from Ljungby Bus Station. Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, large common balcony and cosy TV lounge with DVD player. Each guest room at Hotell Garvaren features a TV and work desk. All also have a seating area and private bathroom. Ironing facilities can be borrowed on site. Staff can help arrange reservations at the neighbouring spa and fitness centre. Recommendations can also be made for nearby restaurants and stores, about a 5-minute walk away. The well-known Glasriket (Kingdom of Crystal) and its glassworks in various towns, is about 90 minutes’ to 2 hours’ drive away. Lake Bolmen, 10 km away, offers nice fishing and swimming opportunities.

Me and my son spent a week in the Garvaren hotel. it was the perfect base for visiting my son's friend. Super friendly, hot showers , very comfortable beds ,lovely food and very clean. Thank you Patrick, Marika and Ruth. We had a great time 🙂

“Charming, small hotel. The owner clearly puts a lot of effort into making his guests welcome.”
The hotel is charming, in spite of its somewhat weird location (on the third floor of an office building and next to a supermarket), but it's just a five minute walk to the small town centre where you can find plenty of restaurants and cafés. The hotel breakfast was really excellent, with homemade bread and granola for instance.

“A small family style hotel. Quiet even though central location.”
Nice breakfast with less hot food and slightly less variation than larger hotels. However, good quality on what they had and even had home made food there, we got home made apple jam to the yoghurt, really good!

“Very friendly and helpful personel”
Very nice interior. I arrived very late (Midnight). I could enter with a code and could leave very early. This was important to me as I was supporting an Event and time was short. Thanks for helping me so easily in this matter.
