Water drainage in the washroom(not bathtub) was very slow. Eater was stagnating.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to the desert. The hotel has a large swimming pool and probably the best restaurant in town. The room was big and comfortable, and all staff were very friendly. The late check-out was also much appreciated.

The hotel had a wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, and we were upgraded to a room with an extra bed for our child for free because there were available rooms. This is our second visit, and we always enjoy returning to this hotel in the Liwa Oasis.

The desert activities offered by the hotel weren't really suitable for me. For future guests, it might be helpful if you could clearly inform them about the activity details before check-in, so they can plan ahead if needed.

This is a simple, clean and nice hotel in the middle of Liwa, close to everything. From the nearby slope, you can see the sand dunes and the desert itself. There is a lovely camel farm behind the hotel and a renovated fort. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Mohamed, who first showed us all the places of interest around the area and then allowed us to see Saturn through a telescope and explained everything about the night sky in great detail. Our child was amazed and is already asking when we will visit this hotel again. Thank you!
