We had a wonderful family holiday with friends. The hotel service was impeccable, and the staff were very professional and friendly. Ali and his team gave us a wonderful welcome. Our teenagers enjoyed the dunes, foosball, ping pong, the large swimming pool with its magnificent desert views, and quad biking in the dunes. Our three-bedroom villa with a private pool was very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. It offered breathtaking views of the magnificent orange Liwa Desert and the white camels roaming freely with their babies. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The buggy drivers were also absolutely lovely. A wonderful escape from the city...

Marvelous stay to cut off from citylife, enjoy the bonfire, star gazing. Excellent customer service, great amenities and activities. Very very special Valentines day spent. Special mention to Prem and Niche. Definitely recommend and would go again.

The hotel offered real solitude: complete silence, nothing but the desert around. No noise at all — perfect for relaxation. The staff is very polite and attentive. Special mention to the restaurant manager Yanis — friendly, responsive, always smiling, and he remembers guests’ preferences. The kitchen team also deserves praise — you can really feel their care about the quality and taste of the dishes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to clear their mind, take a break from work and everyday hustle, and spend some quiet time alone with nature.

I am so satisfied with everything , the view , the house , the facilities , the restaurant , the food , the swimming pool and also the desert . The waiter John and Rasel, the waitress Angela , and the chef Wagdy are very nice and friendly , they made the stay in the hotel pleasant and unforgettable . we drove about 3 hours to get to the hotel , which is a long way , but when we arrived , we knew that we made the right decision .
