“Lovely lodge”

The host, Kennedy, and all his team were just fantastic, very welcoming, always available for good tips and to help book trips or taxis. The lodge is really nice and quiet, when we were there, there were not many people and it felt like being at home. Thank you to all the team, you made our stay in Livingstone just perfect.

The staff above all, the restaurant food, the pool, the bed, the room size. Kennedy, Stella and all staff went above and beyond to make us welcome and help us enjoy Livingstone to the fullest. We regret not staying the whole week there instead of having the two last nights in Victoria Falls.

Clean and comfortable, super friendly staff, restaurant on-site has a good choice of food, and the reception / pool looks generally good. Rooms have all the basic amenities including a mosquito net. Bathrooms are clean, if a bit simple.

Fantastic staff that made the visit complete. Standard and location is good but what makes the visit is the staff plus value for money. Very good breakfast.

Room was very good. Bed was very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. The breakfast was excellent with good service of the staff.

“Bad experience”

I would advise future guests to be cautious when staying at this lodge. I was incorrectly overcharged and, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the lodge has refused to refund the overpaid amount. The manager’s response was disappointing and lacked basic customer service.

Staff were amazing, super helpful. The rooms were modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing! Booked all my excursions through the hotel and they sorted out all transport for us.
