Great views of sea and pelicans from restaurant. Lovely bathroom with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Fabulous everything! Close to pier in town centre but with gorgeous huge pool, gardens, birds, beach to swim too. Food good, views great..perfect!

Very beautiful garden, huge swimming pool, nice sea view. Good breakfast. Very helpful and smiling staff.

It was so great to sit on the balcony and see all the birds (Pelicans and many others) arrive for the night around sunset. We were amazed on both days that we stayed. Additionally, the hotel is decorated nicely, with several cosy places to sit and the pool is nice too.

Basic 3 stars hotel without beach so it’s a resort just because the pool is nice and the birds making the show each sunset is fantastic . Beside this the breakfast is good but nothing to do there except taking a small local boat (hotel get a boat station ) and explore further such as Playa Blanca 45min away . Enjoy but Livingston is a village and no beach around

The location is probably the best in town, overlooking the bay, being near the action yet far enough not to ear the tuk tujs all night.

Good location close to muelle, restaurants and shops, good sized room with private balcony and very good storage. Staff were generally very friendly.

The best hotel in Livingston. Small private beach, great swimming pool, restaurant with a view, nice rooms with excellent A/C.

Big pool with nice temperature, multiple lying chairs. Personell was very helpful and friendly. We did some laundry and were very happy with it.

Comfy stay in great location. Porter staff were fabulous and came to the dock to help us with our luggage.

The location is fantastic, right near the dock, the place is beautiful - right on the waterfront and very comfortable.

Loved the room, loved the view and the balcony even more, and the 25 meter pool was absolutely incredible because we struggle to get any cardio done in the heat. Added bonus is that it was a bird paradise so it was kind of like swimming and birding at the same time :)

It was a pleasant surprise to be able to find availability in this hotel, as it has all the commodities we needed for this part of the trip, especially the privacy and the AC. We loved the included breakfast!
