The room was great, the view was stunning, and everything was so clean. The breakfast was excellent and the decoration of the place amazing! The people working there were very friendly and helpful creating a warm family vibe!Let’s support family businesses! Niovi also gave us great recommendations and helped us to rent a car! “Stunning Serifos”

We were picked up from the port, the staff were very helpful, brought coffee and pastry as we arrived at the studio. The view is absolutely stunning, it's very relaxing. Later ferry, so bags brought to us later when we were ready to board the ferry. Breakfast was lovely and 9 to 11 is a great time.

Our stay at Niovi Hotel in Serifos was nothing short of extraordinary. It was a very good location. Out of town and therefore very peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were very good with nice choices each day.

Loved the simplicity of the studio which was very well equipped for our short stay. The location for the view was stunning. We hired a car for 6 days as we aren’t big walkers and the car company delivered the car directly to our accommodation which suited us perfectly with ease of parking. The breakfast staff Anna was very helpful and friendly although didn’t speak much English we sorted out what we needed to. The house staff was so lovely too. Nothing was a problem. We would certainly stay there again as we really enjoyed our stay.

Simply wonderful

Excellent location with a beautiful view at the port. The room was very comfortable and relatively big for 3 persons. It offers a great balcony and daily cleaning service. The staff was very polite and helpful.

“Wonderful stay with picture perfect views”

We loved it here, incredible views, wonderful staff and the rooms are so lovely (photos don’t do it justice). It’s about - 30min walk from the port, so isn’t far and it’s lovely to walk through the town and across the beach. Would highly recommend! Great breakfast included too!

The property was lovely and clean, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Livadi but close enough to be just 5 minutes walk to it, and best of all the amaaaazing views across the bay from our room! We would definitely consider coming back to Studios Niovi if we return to the island.

Niovi Studios are an excellent choice to stay at Serifos, located very near to the port, with an amazing view. All rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast had a good variety and was always fresh. Mrs. Anna and the rest of the staff were very polite and helpful.

The family run hotel felt like home. Everybody was friendly. Breakfast was great. The location a bit to far out of town but a very nice view on the port and sunset.
