Everything was great. Helpful owner Lovely clean and bright spacious room, x2 balconies and a terrace. Comfortable King bed and a single /sofa area. A great apartment with everything you need for a few nights stay. Even though there is no “ lounge” area we mainly sat outside on the balcony even when it rained for an afternoon - It’s covered so kept dry. The place is kept really clean. Lovely hosts. Would recommend staying here.

Dimitra and the family were great. She helped find a car to rent and with tips about the island. She is really a nice, genuine person. The place is really well located, a few minutes walk from tavernas,cafes, market and also the beach. There is also parking around the studios. The room with the kitchenette was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. No noises, even if there is a small road close by, we always slept well. I really suggest this place.

The big bed was very comfortable and the shower roomy & powerful - a rarity in Greece! It's a great little apartment tucked just off the main front of Livadion and super-handy for the beach, restaurants and bus stops. The Yacht Club bar at the top of the street helps too! The room was cleaned daily and kept to a high standard plus Dimitra was a warm and friendly host with a load of great info, restaurant tips and guidance. Highly recommend this as a base on Super-Serifos.

“Friendly property on the edge of, but not isolated from the town.”

The room was spacious and very clean and furnished to a high standard. The shower was a cubical where the doors actually closed and sealed the water in. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Very close to both beach (50m) & restaurants (100m). Bus stop 50m also.

We received a warm welcome from Dimitra and were able to check in even though we were earlier (appreciate that is not always possible). The spacious studios/ apartments are centrally located behind the Serifos Yacht Club and close to all restaurants. The bus stops to the beaches and the Chora are a short walk away.

“Perfect stay in Livadi, got a well deserved rest and very close to the ferry and bus for the beaches”

The property is just perfect - situated 4-5 minutes from Livadi port (where the ferry comes and also where the bus station is) and from Livadi beach. Livadi is perfectly connected by a multitude of buses to all the nice beaches and also Chora, the capital, so we did not need to rent a car. The room is super neat and cleaned daily and although there might be cars passing in front of the property, the sound insulation is great when closing the door facing the street, so we slept very well. The host, Dimitra, is super nice and extremely helpful, lending us a beach umbrella and a lot of advice (efharisto poli!) and their dog, Spot, is the sweetest. Loved our time there, would not change a thing and cannot wait to come back next year!

The bed was really really good, with good mattress and several different pillows. Good fridge and kitchenette, good light, nice balcony.

“Spacious property near the centre of Livadi”

It was very handy for the centre of the little port of Livadi, was spacious and was cleaned daily. There was a roomy terrace which was very nice to sit on. The owner of the place was friendly and welcoming. There was very good WiFi which is perhaps not so usual on the islands.
