“A perfect place to stay that's quiet but central to everything you need”

I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation is perfectly positioned - in the centre of Livadi and overlooking the sea but still beautifully peaceful and quiet. The host Costadina was helpful and friendly. Loads of places to eat and small shops on the doorstep.

Lovely family run hotel. Costa greeted us warmly from the beginning and continued to make us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was big and spacious with a good size balcony, and a small but big enough bathroom. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning so we could eat it on our balcony. Breakfast was great. The location is right on the port above a restaurant. It was lovely looking out over the port from our balcony, especially in the evening watching people gather for dinner. There was no loud noise, only the sound of chatter and laughter. Once we closed our balcony doors we heard nothing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. On our last day our boat to leave Serifos was at 6pm and Costa very kindly allowed us to stay longer which we were very very grateful for. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we go back Serifos.

Everything! We had such a good time. The hotel was perfect right in the centre of things. It was comfortable and clean. Christina and her family team were brilliant. I was sad to leave.

Great location next to the main seaside street and the bus stop but still far enough from the buzz. The room is very comfortable and has pretty much everything I needed. The staff was very helpful too. Recommended.

Christina was wonderful – very attentive and friendly, passionate about her job which is so nice to experience! She helped me carry my bag, plan my days, gave local recommendations and made me feel so comfortable. I appreciated that there was bottled water, home made baked goods each day, nice coffee machine and tea, and that after checking out she kept my bags and let me come back and shower in the bathroom downstairs after a day at the beach before my ferry departure. Aesthetically decorated and great location just a few steps from the ferry, good restaurants, beach, bus stop.

The service was exceptional. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She upgraded us to a sea view room because it was available. We were very grateful. The room was very comfortable, with a great view and excellent location. The hospitality was excellent. Each day they left a small dessert in our fridge and the owner was very attentive and kind. Strongly recommend! Great value for money

“A great stay near the port”

The hotel owner, Christina, was absolutely wonderful. Gave us lots of advice on where to go and when and even gave us home-baked cakes. The property is really close to the port and to all facilities in the town. Very quiet and very clean.

Perfect position, extremely kind and friendly host who cares wery much about the guests. Serifos is realy bingo!

I loved everything about this place. I loved Christina, the location, the room, the view, the special attention. Would definitely go back !!! They helped me with car rental and advised me on where to go.

Everything about our stay here was excellent. The check in procedure, advice for things to do and places to eat, and the little touches in the room, such as fresh fruit, were all gratefully received. The location is exceptional for getting a great feel for the life of Serifos. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

“Hospitality, cleanness and facilities”

Big room, Big tv, Espresso machine, good quality self care products, good towels and brand new aircondition. Even iron machine for clothes.

Christina was a beautiful host. The location was excellent. The triple sea view room was spacious for 3 and the balcony was a treat for an early morning coffee or evening drink. Bathrooms are a bit dated but had everything we needed. The extra touches of the coffee machine, fruit and drinks on arrival and Christina's home made treats were appreciated. Would stay again.
