Aliktypo Studios is situated only 50 metres from the beach of Livadi in Serifos, overlooking Serifos Town. It offers rooms with furnished terraces and free Wi-Fi. The whitewashed rooms are equipped with a fridge and satellite TV. A CD and DVD player with movie and music collections is included. Apartments with fully equipped kitchens are also available. Livadi is the port town of Serifos, only 5 km from the island’s capital, Chora. Here you will find taverns and restaurants, as well as many bars.

Loved our short stay here. Amazing location in a quiet street, short walk to the beach. Great communication with Katherina, simple check in. The studio itself is very charming, tastefully decorated and had all that we needed. Definitely recommend.

“A very convenient place and quiet room.”
That apartment was very convenient place near the Livadi area within walking distance from all shops/restaurants. The place was clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed and closet.

We have had a fantastic stay on the beautiful little island of Serifos. Aliktypo Studio was the perfect accommodation for our family (2 adults and 3 children). Charming accommodation, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to nice beaches, cozy restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. Also, a great host Katerina who made us feel at home. We highly recommend this affordable accommodation.
