“Homey and affordable, right in the centre of Livadi”
Akti Rooms has a perfect location, it's 5 minutes walk from the ferry; the shops, restaurants and everything is right on the corner. The room we had was small but cozy, overlooking the main street and the beach. It was cleaned every day and equipped/refilled with everything we needed (coffee, tea, bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel, shampoo, etc). We loved chilling on the spacious and quiet terrace with gaden and mountain views. The owner lady was super friendly and helpful with everything, she let us leave our luggage after check out and even gave us a small present when saying goodbye. Thank you so much, we had a lovely stay!

Very clean and mostly quiet — see below. Staff exceptionally attentive for such a cheap place. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony with Mountain view. Free cake every day.

“A true gem with welcoming hospitality & a perfect location!”
This place is a true gem and such a great spot to stay in Serifos! You could not ask for a better location or a better host. You can walk right from the ferry port to the hotel within 3-4 minutes. The owner is lovely and super attentive. They offer so many helpful tips when you arrive and will take great care of you. Fresh cake and cookies daily are a nice treat! It’s a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, easy to feel comfortable and right at home. Right next to all the lovely restaurants in the port and walking distance to multiple beaches. The rooms are simple, but have all the basics and are comfortable. For the location, room, and price - it’s the best. I was travelling on my own and felt very comfortable here, loved the area to enjoy the evenings. Loved having a terrace to sit outside and enjoy the garden!

The staff here are great. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Each day there was a different cake, biscuit or treat. The room was clean, comfortable and practical with everything you need. Locatio wise it is ideal, with all amenities close by.

Great central location, near the port and restaurants. Good rooms with comfortable beds. Vagelis is a very warm-hearted host who makes you feel very welcome. Every afternoon a little surprise (cake, biscuits or fruit) awaited us.

Our stay in Akti Rooms exceeded our expeactations!The place is very quiet, the rooms are beautiful with an outstanding garden.Vangelis is an excellent host, he advised us which places to visit.Definitely we will visit Serifos again next summer :)
