The apartment is very beautiful, has everything in it. The staff were very responsive and helpful. It's super close to Larnaca, while also being outside of the hussle of the city. The balcony is great! Thanks for the stay :)

“Looks promising, but lacks standard”

Cheap doors and windows you could hear all the noise in the stair hall and in at the pool area. The other guests were very loud sometimes till 1 in the morning at the terrace and no staff to take action and shut them up so it was very hard to relax and freshen up. No one there to check out to even though it says check out between 11-12 and checked out at 11:42. The sponge to wash dishes with had grown mold, so the cleaning frequency is doubtful.

“Friendly hosts, perfect location, nice swimming pool.”

The location was prefect for where we wanted to be. We came for a wedding and the wedding venue was five minutes walk away, and the sea was very close. Driving to town was a 10 minute drive. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The swimming pool great for a cool dip in the morning.

“Functional but lacked a holiday vibe.”

A functional apartment which was clean and had good air con. The swimming pool was clean. The apartment was value for money. There is a restaurant close by however the closest beach is not attractive at all. Very easy to drive into central Larnaca within 10 mins.

Quiet area, the apartment was spacious, more than enough for a couple with a baby I would say, some basic kitchen accessories were provided, enough to make dinner and there are small stores nearby if you need supplies. The best by far was the hospitality from the hotel staff that accommodated me and were available when needed.

The place is in a quiet residential area, very good for family with children and couple as well, just a few minutes walk to the public beach.

I loved everything about his property. It was so clean, had everything you need such as; washing machine, cooker, iron, ironing board etc we checked in quite late and the staff were very accommodating which I appreciate as we had a small baby! There’s 2 mini supermarkets round the corner walking distance (we actually enjoyed the walk nearly every day) we met the loveliest family’s that were staying in the other apartments and my kids had an absolute ball!! We were so sad to go!

Although we arrived a little later than the given time 8pm, Andre waited for us and kept in communication with us so to meet in person. The whole set up is really good. Its a home from home with its facilities. It's not a hotel, its an apartment with a communal pool and in a quiet location for families. My booking was a one bedroom apartment. kitchen good size, well equipped with working appliances, main bedroom a good size with good wardrobe space and hangers, lounge/2nd bedroom good size with good quality furniture. Balcony a good size. Inside and out it looks modern, well kept and clean. plug adaptors were supplied if you came with 2 pin plug appliances.

The pool was amazing.the owner of place was very helpful.
