All clean and comfy

“Couldn’t sleep well but staff and property doing well.”

Noise at night at the room upstairs. After calling reception it finished a bit but about 4am started again. And is missing boilng kettle or some dish for cooking.

"My luggage was removed from inside my room without my permission". I initially paid 4 days. After, I decided to stay for more 2 days, and paid on May 1st. In May 3rd, they told I didn`t pay for the last two days. I have all the credit card comprovations. After that, it was told that one of the employees didn't register in their system the extra two days I ve payd.

Your facility was exactly as portrayed in the promotional material. That is rare. Your staff were professional, pleasant, and helpful. They even paid enough attention to our shared itinerary points to inquire specifically about how it went as we returned. Not nosy but friendly and caring. The amenities are basic but thoughtfully selected. Our daughter appreciated the fitness room. The laundry was clean and pleasant to use. Other guests were quiet and polite. We definitely will book a return visit if we find ourselves in the area again.

Access and directions from main road to parking lot were TERRIBLE. We had to go around the block in traffic twice before we could figure out how to get to the parking and the entrance of the building. NEED MORE SIGNAGE !

Only coffee and tea were available. Would have liked to have a muffin or pastry available for breakfast as well.

The room was fine but checking in was terrible. Had to wait over 2 hours to check in because room wasn't ready them was told I had to do a deposit that was no where in the initial paperwork or I could not check in and would forfeit my money and not be able to stay in the room I already paid 124 for. Overall terrible experience.

The location was really nice, and the workers are very friendly. I really enjoyed going to the old town in Littleton, which is not very far to walk to.

The rooms are suite-style, with stoves and refrigerators, but minimal cleaning and utensils. It's worth staying at, if you want to cook, but don't have to.

1) A bed support that was stiff, and wire frame allows one to put baggage under the bed 2) Circuit breaker for the unit is in-room 3) Air conditioning unit has "constant fan" setting, which allows continuous circulation, regardless of temperature setting 4) Infrared stove tops (quantity 2) are in-room 5) Full size refrigerator & freezer in-room 6) Ice cube making-trays are included in-room 7) Microwave is mounted above Infrared stove tops, and has ventilation fans and lighting for stove tops 8) Shelving for attire saves time by not having doors (cubby style) 9) Clock radio has USB ports that are labeled with Amps output (1.0A and 3.1A in room I stayed in) 10) Hair dryer is requestable from front desk (one I was shown was 1875 Watts) 11) Showerhead had 4 stream styles (might have been 5, but the 5th seems to be "blocked" or "trickle" 12) WiFi is offered in 2 speeds (free version is slower, paid faster version is purchasable by the week, up to 4 weeks at a time - 3 weeks, 2 weeks, and 1 week at a time also purchasable) 13) Vending machines do take NFC (tap-style payment), but ...
