“Great summer house with a great host, will rent again!”

The property is very easy to find and super close to the highway exit. Excellent renovation and investment project with individual houses within walking distance from the beach. Very clean and fresh, felt really comfortable immediately after walking in. Lots of very healthy and friendly cats that you would have as company anytime during the evening. Nice and spacious yard with a great common spot for a barbecue and a late night drink that is sufficiently far away as to not disturb the other guests (provided you keep your voices at a normal, regular level with no screaming or shouting). Vasilis is a great host, very well mannered and elegant in his handling of his guests. I felt very well looked after and his level of English and communication was much to my liking. Would definitely stay here again, actually planning for a longer stay next year.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa La Varik 4 in Litochoro, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Litochoro region, this charming villas offer a tranquil retreat for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring that my stay got off to a great start. The villa itself exudes a sense of elegance and sophistication, with tastefully decorated rooms that blend modern comforts with traditional Greek aesthetics with a pinch of minimalism. One of the highlights of the place is undoubtedly its location. Situated in the heart of nature, surrounded by majestic mountains and lush greenery, it offers a picturesque setting that is simply awe-inspiring. The views from the villa are nothing short of breathtaking, especially from the veranda where I spent many evenings enjoying the sunset over the mountains. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one would expect. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, and the private veranda provided a perfect spot to savor a morning cup of coffee while soaking in the serenity of the surroundings. The staff are truly exceptional. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness made my stay even more memorable. They were always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation. Their dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction is commendable. Another highlight of my stay was the delectable cuisine. The near by restaurant served a variety of Greek dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Every meal was a delightful culinary experience, and the attentive staff went above and beyond to cater to individual dietary preferences.

The host, Vasilis, was great. His communication was excellent and proactive. Being there for a week, we could also see with how much dedication he works to keep the place at spotless condition. I can only praise him for looking after us.
