Everithing was beautiful, warm and cosy. Mr. Nikos was the perfect host and mr. Dimitris very helpful.

This is the second time we stay at Niko's. You can see the progress throughout the years and effort the family puts into the house and surroundings. It's so nice and peaceful to sit outside on the terrace and Niko once again brought us some fruit from the garden. Thank you

The property was great, spacious, even better than the photos. The owner and manager were very kind, friendly and responsive throughout the whole stay. They gave us the best recommendations for nearby restaurants, beaches. The property has a great backyard, parking is inside the backyard, easy to access. We had a great time and will visit again for sure!

The room was as in the pictures, it was clean, has a good location and view.

I can confidently say that this host was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered in my years of travel. I also liked the air conditioning, free parking, private garden, trampoline for children and the beach nearby.

The host was great and very helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and with a great view of the sea. Location is perfect for a nice, relaxing holiday.

We had an amazing stay 500 meter from the see and at the foot of Olympus mountain. The place was clean, we had all the necessarry requisits we needed for living and incusivly working during the 12 nights we spent there. The host gived us a list of recommandation for restaurants, local markets, travel points and so on. He and his family was ready to help with all we needed /asked for (he brought us shuttles for badminton from an other town on his way home because we didn't found in the nearby). We received clear towels and sheets any time we asked for and we could wash also our launderys as many time as we needed. We received fruits and a special local alcoholic drink from them. In the rooms are lamps with ventillation and air conditioning, so you can set the temperature how you like. Near the flat there is a beach bar where you find free sunbeds, you need only to buy something to drink. We loved that this place is in a small village and therefore was not too touristic, we met mostly local people. Near the flat you have market as well where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetable or you can buy a very good gyros, fish and other more greek traditional food. Overall we only can recommend this place, we will definitely return.

We requested the invoice from the hosts after making the payment and they refused to issue us the invoice even though Booking.com informed us that they are the ones responsible for issuing the invoice.

“Peaceful & Comfortable”

The house has a big backyard with a grill and some toys for kids. We stayed on the first floor. It was big room with several beds, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi was working nicely. TV has also internet access. The room was so tidy and clean. Everything was there. The location of house is quiet and peaceful. Nearby there are several taverns which were so nice for atmosphere and food. I highly recommend Aiolos Fish Tavern. (Thank you Nikos for the info) The beach is at walking distance. During our stay we visited Litochoro, Katerin, Leptokaria and many other places. The region is amazing with so much diversity. We visited some cities around, walked up to a castle, been to historical village of Palaios Panteleimonas, drove up to mount Olympos and hiked little bit there. Amazing nature all around. The owner Nikos was so friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot.

“Wonderful hosts, garden and terrace, close to the beach”

Big room with a very comfortable bed. Terrace, garden and grill available to use. Safe parking. Mini kitchen adequate for a short stay. Very welcoming hosts, Niko was stopping by every day, bringing snacks, fruits or cake, asking if everything was ok and offering help and tips. Although there was no washing machine in the room, hosts washed one round of clothes for us in theirs. The accommodation is within walking distance from the sea.

“Big apartment with wonderful garden.”

The host family is superfriendly, also the dog was welcome. There is a lot of space and a big garden where the kids can play. It’s a short walk to the beach. We would love to come again!
