The property was spacious and it had many amenities. The private parking lot was also a big plus since it can be difficult to find street parking in Litochoro.

We booked this apartment last minute right after Christmas and, considering the price, it was an absolute bargain! The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the basic amenities you'd need, and the open-plan living area includes two sofas and a flat-screen TV, making it a cozy space to relax but don't expect a fancy and modern look, which is absolutely ok btw... It's a village apartment after all... The dedicated heating unit was a big plus, especially during the cold winter nights. The only drawback was the bathroom—it felt a bit cramped, and taking a shower without creating a mess was tricky. This could potentially be addressed in a future renovation, but for now, it’s manageable. Our host, Nikos, was outstanding—helpful, polite, and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. His hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, it was a great stay!

“Great location, good facilities.”
Great location, close to everything in town. Great value for money. Great to have a washing machine, really came in handy. Host was helpful and willing to answer any questions. Parking was easy and close by. All the facilities were as listed.

Such a lovely apartment! Clean and fully equiped. Great location, nearby center, tavernas, cafeteries. Private parking place. Quiet neighbourhood. Great communication with the host. Prior to our arrival he sent us directions to arrive at the appartment and all necessary details for self checkin. He was avalable at the phone and whatsapp for any inquires we had. Sincw it is suitable for a family with 2 kids, we plan to be back in the summer with our kids. We highly recommend it.

The location is in a quite place. Big apt with good value of money we had paid. The owner is also a nice person.
