“A brilliant place to stay - shame about poor customer service!”

A great room, clean and tidy and with an excellent outdoor space. Brilliant value for money. Breakfast was excellent and staff in the breakfast room worked really hard and were pleasant, professional and proactive.

Everything was within walking distance, the view from the window was amazing, plenty of parking available, elevator worked, clean and tidy hotel.

The room I had was brand new in May 2026, good breakfast and nice things to have such as the possibility to screencast your phone to the TV

Our favorite accommodation when traveling to the Alps. Amazing location and breakfast, with well-furnished and comfortable rooms. We’ve stayed here several times already, and I’m sure it won’t be our last visit.

Great location at the bottom of the chairlift, close to all the amenities. It was very clean and the restaurant was good.

The hotel is superbly located, just literally at the skislope Kramolin ( Lipno ). So if you ant to go skiing here, nothing comes close. Parking is superb as well. Facilities like the 24/7 supermarket and the delightful paitssierie are simply very very helpful and located within a few steps of the entrance...literally there. The hotel has a very nice storage faculty for prams, skis and equipment so you dont have to lug all the unto your room all the time. The hotel is very fresh and modern and the rooms are very sound proof...so its very very well though out for stays with kids. Toilets are accessible even from the parking outside just incase. Location, quality and even the breakfasts are really magnificent. There are some downsides though, they they shouldn't effect your stay.

Good location.

A lovely, quiet find! The staff here are so welcoming, and the rates are very reasonable. We paid €10 per night for parking, which was convenient. Breakfast was simple but hit the spot. Best of all, you can walk right down to the lake and enjoy all the activities nearby. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

“The hotel is fine, but the comfort was hit by the temperature control and therefore lack of refresh.”

Temperature in room was too warm, and the thermostat device did not work well. The heating radiator was turned off, but the hot air was coming from ventilation unit. We had constant temperature of 25°C, so quality of sleep was very bad. After days full of physical activity, it was frustrating to have the room so hot. Of course, having window open overnight was no solution, since there were below-zero temperatures outside. The staff tried to be helfpull and resolve the issue, but even the technician did not resolved it and the temperature was quickly back on 25°C after his change. We've booked the more expensive room just to get more comfort (because the rooms above restaurand Stodola are wery noisy, since the staff does cleaning in restaurand in early morning), but even after paying more, we were partially disappointed. A nice discount (20% or so) for next stay would be good compensation...

Cleanliness, location, food, staff

The air condition was turned off, it was extremely hot in the room during the night. Even opening a window did not solve the problem.

Location is great, breakfast was good. The hotel is very nice, and the hotel staff is friendly. Please note that parking is available if for additional payment. Overall its a great hotel and worth the payment and I recommend to stay there. BTW, intersport is on the next door :)
